of your needs, including stock certificates and proxy materials.
- Proxy Services – PacWest
Transfer provides proxy services in conjunction with corporate
elections for shareholders who are entitled to cast votes, according
to their ownership interest. PacWest provides assistance in
setting up Annual Meetings, tabulation and certification of
proxy votes, and representation at shareholder meetings as the
Inspector of Elections. PacWest Transfer also provides informational
mailing and printing services for annual reports and proxy materials.
- Corporate Actions – PacWest

mergers, acquisitions, forward and reverse stock splits, stock
dividend disbursements, spin-offs, name changes, and changes
of officers and directors, shareholder mailings, shareholder

all types of shareholder reports are available electronically
